BOD Arquitectura e Ingeniería has successfully completed the construction project of a new ship with a crane bridge for the discharge of the tail stabilizers of the aircraft that are manufactured at the Airbus factory in Getafe.
This is a draft drafted and managed by BOD which, after a little more than 3 months of work, has been completed, once the work has obtained the favorable report of the crane bridge load test. It is an installation with a maximum capacity of 2 tons, equipped with three hoisters whose individual capacity is 1 ton.
The ship has dimensions in plant of 13 m. x 16 m., with a peak height of 8.50 m. One of the facades, of 16 meters, has closure, while the others remain open. The main pillars are distributed in a grid of 16 x 11 and the cover has a flight of 2 meters on the side opposite to which has a closure.
This ship will allow Airbus to improve the performance within the constructive process that is carried out in the mentioned factory.
