Description

Creating A Green Heart. The challenge of this project is to transform an isolated corner on an amazing site into an uncompromised exemplary office and public destination. We propose a green heart at the centre of the site to bring people together and create a community.
A central spiral stair connects all the spaces together, from office to amenities, and basement to roof. Occupants can meander from garden to garden and stop by various amenity spaces in between.

The Office of The Future. We propose a deep floor plate that is capable of natural ventilation, with the central atrium and wind chimneys that are essential for daylight and the flow of air through the building.
The office floor provides a variety of spaces from more active and flexible collaboration at the centre, to more quiet meeting rooms and traditional layouts at the perimeter of the floor.
