Description

The new information technologies have modified the production process of newspapers, becoming an activity that bases its production on newsrooms on the basis of information management through computer systems.
For this reason, it is necessary to change the class of industrial use in the area where buildings 3 and 4 join, currently in its "Industry" class in general, for the "business services" class.
The project contemplates the sectorization of the spaces, capacity, accessibility, provision and adaptation of facilities for the new use, interior finishes, etc. justifying compliance with the Technical Building Code. The result is office workspaces with their compartments according to the User's needs, spread over the different floors.
