New logistic center for national post company

Description

The new 2-floors logistic building houses all the custom import-export processes of the national post company (Correos). It has direct access to the airport facilities, being a key project for Correos' operations.
The design has been developed under the strictest bioclimatic and energy efficient criteria. Thus, it has been design with pre-fabricated concrete panels which has the isoltaion layer inside. This will improve the hygrothermal behaivour of the building. Furthermore, it has a geothermal facility and PV panels in order to make the energy consumption near to zero. The rooftop has been design with skylights in a saw-teeth pattern which allow a constant natural lighting in the work space.
Correos has entrusted BOD for achitectural and engineering schematic and detailed project development, as well as permitting for construction and activity and support services for construction management.
