Description

The existing plot has 3 industrial buildings from different periods, built since the 60s, and corresponding to the Normon Laboratories.
The project is a complex intervention that includes the restructuring, partial demolition, reinforcement and change of use of the former laboratories into a housing building, taking advantage of much of the existing structure.The main objective was to achieve a unitary complex of a high-level residential character, which unifies the existing industrial buildings. This has been made possible thanks to the use of BIM technology in the development of the project.
