Description

The works were focused in the interior of the hotel in order to improve and update deteriorated or obsolete spaces due to service and the passing of time.
The hotel was initially built in 2003 and its state of maintenance was good, although all the interventions were aimed at updating and improving the interior conditioning with a new design, including its facilities and the optimization of energy efficiency.
The project comprises the first phase of a series of works in the Bahia Real hotel complex, which will later include a new extension to develop the "Preferred" area.
