Description

The volume of the building forms a quarter of a squared block. The interior common areas are inside the "L" shaped construction, having studied the position of the pool to maximize the hours of sunlight in the summer months.
The main communications core is located in the chamfered corner of the building. This allows an optimal and rational distribution of the apartments program, and at the same time creates a singular and representative landmark in the corner of the building, which houses the staircase.
The core is configured as a "box" of the entire height of the building, which allows to generate a landing area on each floor with abundant natural lighting. At night, the light filtered through this box to the outside will also give the building a unique personality.
The rest of the building is composed in a simple way on each side of the corner, clearly differentiating two volumes that house the apartments. In contrast to the verticality of the staircase volume, these volumes are emphasized by a composition of horizontal stripes in white and dark gray tones, which vary in the length of the grouping of openings to provide a character of movement and transformation throughout the facades.
